Mom,
Used to lay us across her knees when we were little and clean our ears out,
so gentle with loving hands and heart. One time we went to the Del Mar race track first time for me, to watch the ponies run and I was at the paddock listening to two gentleman talking about not betting on the horse # 7 They said because the horse had pink eye so I went back to tell Mom not to bet on that horse. She said Mary the Jockey's name is pinekaye ( I don't know how to spell his name), Here I thought the horse was sick, well we got quite a laugh out of that for years to come. I miss you MOM just wanted you to know !!!
